Planning Resolution secured planning permission for the refurbishment and extension of ten self-contained flats within two amalgamated Victorian Houses.
We advised on the planning strategy - managing the planning risk via the submission of a sequence of separate minor planning applications - with the goal of allowing construction work to begin quickly and to continue seamlessly until completion.
Construction was completed in Spring of 2019 and all ten apartment have subsequently been sold.
