Planning permission for two substantial detached houses was granted at appeal in 2022.
A complex site with an extensive planning history, it required a bespoke planning strategy to initial ratify the status of the site as Previously Developed Land (PDL) [achieved using a certificate of lawfulness] before planning permission could be granted.
Each house offers over 2,600ft² (240m²) of floor space and benefitting from a stunning countrysid setting, located on the edge of the Surrey Hills AONB.
Construction is due to commence in late 2023.
