Planning Resolution secured planning permission for the redevelopment of the Esplanade Public House site in Southend to provide 23 new apartments and a restaurant.
The site presents challenges as well as an amazing opportunity, with cliffs rising behind the property to the north, and clear views over the estuary to the south.
A high-quality and deliverable proposal was developed which will help enliven and improve this important part of the town, while stabilising the cliffs above. Each of the 23 apartments benefits from being dual aspect with full width balconies giving south facing views over the Estuary.
