Planning permission and Listed Building Consent was secured in July 2020 for the refurbishment and extension of this grand grade II listed townhouse, located on the New Kings Road, in Parsons Green.

The proposals included demolition of a five-storey rear extension and erection of a substantial part four-storey, part single store rear extension, internal reconfiguration, and various internal and external alterations.

Separately, we also secured permission for redevelopment of the ancillary rear mews garages to provide two three storey houses.
