Planning Resolution secured the planning permission and listed building consent internal and external alterations and the demolition of existing fifth floor and erection of roof extensions on fifth, sixth and part seventh floor to include roof terrace and green roofs.

The proposal results in the significant intensification of the hotel from 30 rooms to 99 rooms - which is of considerable value.

This involved variation of an existing planning condition, and detailed discussion around servicing and delivery, and operational management.

The project involved the sensitive works to the Grade II building.
