Outline planning permission was granted by appeal in August 2021 for 18 houses and flats on a greenfield site, located north of the Norfolk market town of Attleborough.

We advised on the planning strategy based on leveraging Breckland District Council’s housing supply shortage.

We are presently pursuing approval of Reserved Matters to enable commencement in late 2023.
