Planning Resolution secured planning permission in 2018 for the refurbishment and extension of ten apartments within two converted co-joined Victorian Houses.

We advised on the planning strategy, managing the planning risk via the submission of a number of separate planning applications, to enable construction work to begin and continue seamlessly.

Construction was completed in Spring of 2019 and all ten apartment have been sold.
