One Aldermanbury
City of London
Architect: TateHindle
The redesign retains much of the warm coloured Bath stone cladding whilst reconfiguring the fenestration, remodelling the fifth floor stylised dormers, rearranging the sixth floor to improve the quantum and quality of the office space and remodelling the recessed façade at ground and first floors.
The plant has been renewed and reconfigured to reflect current standards and performance requirements. The interventions dramatically change the image of the building and appeal to a wider range of potential tenants.
