Planning Resolution secured planning permission in 2017 for four semi-detached houses on a corner site Cheam. The development required demolition of a dilapidated 1930s home in a characterful area of the Sutton borough.

Working through the pre-application process to secure support for the proposals, the planning application was granted planning permission in May 2018.

The scheme has since been enhanced, via S.73 amendments, to maximise and optimise the internal areas.

Construction began in September 2019.
