We advised on the planning strategy, capitalising on the Mid Sussex Council’s 5-year housing supply shortage, to progress through pre-application negotiations and a subsequent full planning application.
A second planning application for four 300m² (3200 ft²) detached houses was granted planning permission in May 2019.
The scheme has since been enhanced, via S.73 amendments, to maximise the internal area – adding a further 750ft² per dwelling in the roof spaces.
