Overcoming an initial threat of spot listing to deliver a new large floorplate office building in the heart of the City

 

Working alongside Sidell Gibson Architects to secure planning and conservation area consent for the Redevelopment of a high-profile site in central London for Ebble Developments , creating 98,000sq ft of modern mixed use space, whilst conserving the historical aspect of the building and the area surrounding it. 

To provide a mixed use and high quality office, residential and retail space, whilst remaining sympathetic to the conservation needs of the area and the client.
